Directions

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Directions
Bake the spaghetti squash in a preheated 400 degree oven for 40 minutes or until softened. In a medium skillet, brown the ground turkey with the garlic powder, salt, and pepper until cooked thoroughly. Divide the spaghetti squash onto two serving plates. Top each serving with half of the cooked turkey and one egg.

Fried Eggs with Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus
Ingredients
  • 4 eggs, cooked over easy
  • 10 asparagus spears
  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions
Wrap five asparagus spears with two slices of prosciutto. Repeat with the other asparagus spears. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Directions
 Place all ingredients in a small sauce pot. Cook over low heat for fifteen minutes, or until apples are softened and start to break apart; top with a handful of toasted almonds if desired.
